Did you get the email about the new pricing rule for Herbalife products? This is going to affect a lot of Herbalife marketers.
"Product prices or pricing information may not be included in any form advertising which is directed to the public including, but not limited to television, radio, telephone, text messages to mobile phones (or other handheld devices), newspapers, magazines, pull-tabs, flyers, leaflets, handbills and all forms of signage"
Don't panic, you have less than 30 days to comply before disciplinary action is taken (released on or near Jan, 15, 2009). I think Herbalife is fed up with marketers that have modified the prices to undercut the competition.
Also: "As to the Internet, independent Distributors conducting business in the United States: May not advertise product prices or pricing information on Internet home or landing pages. Home and/or landing pages may only contain a live hyperlink entitled "for product prices and pricing information, click here"; the link can direct persons clicking through to a page or pages within the site that contains product prices or product pricing information. (“Landing pages”, which are considered by Herbalife to be public-facing advertising, are those to which one is linked directly by inputting or clicking on the master domain name/URL, e.g., www.herbalife.com, without additional navigation; or those to which one is linked directly from search engine results lists). May advertise product prices or pricing information only on the pages below (or after) the front or landing page of a Web site that they personally operate and control. For example, prices and pricing information may not be advertised by any other means or on any other Web sites, including, but not limited to: • Email (including email sent to mobile phones and other handheld devices)
• Banner ads anywhere on the Internet;
• Popup ads anywhere on the Internet;
• "Sponsored search results" or "sponsored ads" anywhere on the Internet;
• On social networking sites including, but not limited to MySpace or Facebook, or on any blog or public message boards.
Rev.01/15/09"
As for me, I like this new rule. I only need to update my website and blog. One thing that will help me, is not losing prospective customers to distributors who undercut my prices. I do have AdSense on my sites and get a lot of Herbalife ads that display lower pricing and bigger discounts.
I feel bad for the entrepreneurs who use pricing information advertising. Because they now have a lot more work to do. _________________ Herbal nutrition solutions can help you achieve better health, longer life and personal wellness.

Game4power, who are you and what does this post have to do with the new Herbalife pricing rules post? Is this just a spam reply? If so this should be deleted. _________________ Herbal nutrition solutions can help you achieve better health, longer life and personal wellness.
